自治区市县乡党委换届工作启动以来,石嘴山市认真贯彻落实中央、自治区各项决策部署,及早动手、统筹安排、狠抓落实,积极稳妥搞好换届工作,确保了经济社会发展与换届工作两不误、两促进。1-9月份,全市实现地区生产总值264.3亿元,同比增长13.1%;完成固定资产投资196.3亿元,同比增长32.3%;规模以上工业增加值148.9亿元,同比增长15%。乡镇党委换届已圆满完成,市县党委换届已进入实质性阶段,各项工作稳步推进。2010年年底以来,石嘴山市委多次召开会议专题研究,先后围绕贯彻落实中纪委、中组部严肃换届纪律视频会议精神,提出“制定一个方案、明确两种责任、加强三个层面人员培训、严格执行四项制度、采取‘六看’方式开展换届风气考核”的“12346”工作机
