异丙醇试验是一种不稳定血红蛋白(下称UHb)的筛选试验。1972年首先为Carrell所采用,此法简便、快速,便于推广。本文采用异丙醇试验检查了100例正常人和一些血红蛋白H病患者,讨论了影响本试验的各种因素,并提出本试验可作为α-地中海贫血杂合子的一种检查方法。原理在血红蛋白溶液中,加入非极性溶剂异丙醇后,能减弱血红蛋白分子内部的非极性键力(如氢键力),使血红蛋白的稳定性减少。如在37℃的17%异丙醇溶液中,正常的血红蛋白约在40分钟后开始
The isopropanol test is a screening test for unstable hemoglobin (UHb). Carrell first used in 1972, this method is simple, fast and easy to promote. In this paper, 100 cases of normal subjects and some patients with hemoglobin H disease were examined by isopropanol test. Various factors affecting the test were discussed.
