供试材料计有本地及国外引进大麦品种十九种。以成熟种子之胚为培殖体,采用MS基本培养基,在愈伤组织诱导中,加入不同量的有机成份及不同的植物激素包括0.1~2.0mg/L的2.4—D或0.25mg/L的2,4,5—T或0.5~1.0mg/L的Kinetin。继代培养则加2mg/L的IAA及1.0~10mg/L的2.4—D。再生培养基为(1/2)MS或MS内加1mg/L的BA与2mg/L的Adenine。结果显示,在19个品种中,有15种产生愈伤组织。愈伤组织的形成似以培养基内加2mg/L的2.4—D与1mg/L的Kinetin效果最佳,但仍依基因型不同而有差异。其中以中兴二号及Trompillo效果最佳。所产生的
