临汾市尧都区机械化保护性耕作试验示范区连续18年免耕覆盖(NTCS18)、连续12年免耕覆盖(NTCS12)、连续10年免耕覆盖(NTCS10)和传统耕作(CK)对土壤肥力和酶活性的影响研究结果表明,长期免耕提高了表层土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、全氮、全磷、全钾含量,并使表层土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著增加;相关分析研究表明,长期免耕条件下土壤肥力与土壤酶活性间关系密切,蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶可以用来评价长期免耕土壤肥力状况;主成分分析法研究表明,长期免耕土壤肥力和酶活性信息系统主成分得分由高到低顺序为:NTCS18>NTCS12>NTCS10>CK,说明长期免耕利于土壤肥力水平和酶活性提高,而且肥力水平和酶活性随免耕年限的延长而提高。长期免耕利于土壤综合肥力的提高,利于农业的可持续发展,是北方干旱半干旱地区可行的一种耕作方式。
NTPS18, NTCS12 for 12 consecutive years, NTCS10 for 10 consecutive years, and TTC for CK (conventional tillage) have been applied to the experiment of mechanized conservation tillage in Yaodu District of Linfen City. The results showed that long-term no-tillage increased the content of soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in surface soils, and increased soil urease, sucrase, hydrogen peroxide The correlation analysis showed that there was a close relationship between soil fertility and soil enzyme activities under long-term no-tillage conditions. Sucrase, catalase and urease could be used to evaluate soil fertility in long-term no-tillage. Principal component analysis The results showed that the order of NTCS18> NTCS12> NTCS10> CK in the long-term no-tillage information system of soil fertility and enzyme activity was as follows: NTCS18> NTCS10> CK, indicating that long-term tillage could increase soil fertility and enzyme activity, No-tillage extended the increase. Long-term non-tillage benefits the improvement of comprehensive soil fertility, which is conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture. It is a feasible farming method in northern arid and semi-arid regions.
