目的:以大鼠脑缺血再灌流期间神经行为学及生化指标变化评价头顶一棵珠对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:大鼠灌胃头顶一棵珠30d,采用线栓法造成大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流损伤模型。分别进行大鼠神经行为学评判以及脑含水量、缺血区梗死面积、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的检测。结果:头顶一棵珠可明显改善大鼠神经行为学症状,降低脑组织含水量及大脑缺血区梗死面积,明显降低大鼠脑纽织MDA含量,同时对SOD、NO的变化也有一定的改善作用。结论:头顶一棵珠对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著的保护作用,其作用可能与抗氧化有关。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the protective effect of a bead on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats following cerebral ischemia and reperfusion of changes in neurobehavioral and biochemical parameters. METHODS: Rats were given a 30-day bead by head gavage, and the model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced by a thread suture method. The neurobehavioral evaluation of rats and brain water content, infarct size in ischemic area, SOD, malondialdehyde (MDA), and nitric oxide (NO) content were detected. RESULTS: One of the beads on the head could obviously improve the neurobehavioral symptoms of rats, decrease the water content of brain tissue and the infarct area of cerebral ischemic area, significantly reduce the content of MDA in the rat brain, and at the same time also improve the SOD and NO. effect. Conclusion: One of the beads on the head has a significant protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, and its effect may be related to anti-oxidation.
