ICU护士上班时间调整的效果

目的 探讨调整ICU护士上班时间后的效果.方法 将长期以来ICU传统的护士"三班"倒的时间做为传统上班时间组,分析该种上班方式存在的问题:接班次数多,主班的护士了解患者的病情不足,存在交接遗忘或遗漏特殊注意事项的安全隐患.针对存在问题,调整护士上班时间.结果 采取新的上班时间后,主班只参加早晨床头交班,护班与连班、夜班之间交班;交班次数、存在交接遗忘或遗漏特殊注意事项的安全隐患都减少.结论 经过调整后ICU护士上班时间更加合理化、人性化,安全隐患也减少,从而使科室、患者、医务人员均获益,管理者能有效利用人力资源.
