2011年春节刚过,一场全民打击拐卖儿童和解救乞讨儿童的行动在网络和现实生活中全面铺开,民众的参与热情之高和参与度之广着实令人感动。然而,真正从源头上杜绝儿童乞讨现象,让乞讨儿童都能回归学校,保障这些孩子接受教育的权利,除了全社会的关注外,更重要的是如何从法律层面上维护他们的权益。本文正是基于这样的考虑,欲探究有关乞讨儿童权利救济的法律途径。
Just after the Spring Festival in 2011, a nationwide campaign to crack down on trafficking and begging children has been fully carried out in the network and in real life. The enthusiasm of the public for participation and the wide participation are indeed touching. However, from the very beginning, it is necessary to put an end to the phenomenon of begging children so that begging children can return to school and ensure that these children have the right to receive education. In addition to the concern of the whole society, what is more important is how to safeguard their rights and interests at the legal level. This article is just based on such considerations, to explore legal ways to remedy the rights of begging children.
