军团菌与呼吸道感染关系的调查

1990年11月~1991年12月,对某医院收治的急性呼吸道病例进行军团菌感染情况及其流行病学特征的调查。结果提示:军团菌是急性呼吸道感染的常见病原;在散发“上感”病例中,有一部分为军团菌引起。病原以Tatlockia micdadei(Tatlock)和Lpl—7型多见。发病高峰在30~50岁之间,性别间无差异,并对1例院内感染病人的可能传播方式进行了讨论。 From November 1990 to December 1991, a survey of Legionella infection and its epidemiological characteristics in acute respiratory patients admitted to a hospital was conducted. The results suggest that: Legionella is a common cause of acute respiratory infections; in the distribution of “sense” in the case, some caused by Legionella. Pathogenic Tatlockia micadel (Tatlock) and Lpl-7 type more common. Peak incidence in 30 to 50 years of age, no difference between the sexes, and 1 case of nosocomial infections in patients with possible modes of transmission are discussed.
