为测定饮料中异麦芽低聚糖的含量 ,建立了使用 30 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μmHypersil NH2 柱 ,乙腈 +水 =78+ 2 2为流动相 ,内部温度为 4 0℃的示差检测器的高效液相色谱法。异麦芽糖和异麦芽三糖的回收率范围分别为 88 5 %~ 10 1 0 %、90 1%~ 10 2 0 % ,相对标准偏差 <5 %。异麦芽糖、异麦芽三糖、潘糖的最小检出量为 2、10、5 μg。该方法的试样前处理简单 ,检测灵敏度高 ,分析速度快、准确 ,适用于饮料中异麦芽低聚糖的测定
In order to determine the content of isomaltooligosaccharide in beverage, a differential detector with 30 0mm × 4 6mm, 5 μm Hypersil NH 2 column, acetonitrile + water = 78 + 2 2 as mobile phase and internal temperature of 40 ℃ was established. Liquid chromatography. The recoveries of isomaltose and isomaltotriose were 88 5% -101 0%, 90 1% -102 0%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. Isomaltose, isomaltotriose, pan sugar minimum detection of 2,10,5 μg. The method has simple sample pretreatment, high detection sensitivity, fast and accurate analysis, and is suitable for the determination of isomaltooligosaccharide in beverages
