为了揭示直浇道凹井(直浇道窝)的作用,本文介绍了应用水力挂拟法研究有、无直浇道下凹井的两组试验模型的对比充填试验。发现结构正确的直浇道下凹井有以下几点重要作用:(1)减轻对直浇道底部的冲击,育明显的缓冲作用;(2)它缩短了直一横浇道拐弯的流股的严重紊流的过渡区,有减少开;成二次氧化央渣的倾向;(3)减小直一横浇道拐弯的局部阻力系数和局部水头损失,(4)明显地改善了横浇道的压力分布特性,(5)使相等截面的多内浇道的流量更为均匀。文中还简要介绍了国外研究者的看法。对于直浇道下凹井的作用机理作了必要的分析和解释。
In order to reveal the function of sprue hole (sprue hole), this paper introduces the comparative experiment of two groups of experimental models with and without sprue hole using hydraulic hang method.
