随着我国市场经济体制的建立,企业管理已经从经验管理、制度管理、科学管理向现代管理转变,企业竞争的核心也从产品竞争、市场竞争、服务竞争向人才竞争转变。而“唯一持久的竞争优势,是具备比你的竞争对手学得更快的能力”,要具备这种能力,唯一的途径就是培训。世界经营管理大师松下幸之助也断言:员工培训是贵,但不培训更贵。因此,各企业纷纷开展了自主培训体系的开发和管理工作。企业自主培训课程开发工作是一项复杂而细致的系统工程,大致需要课程设计、授课和培训管理等三个大环节。其中,课程开发是培训工作成败的关键,开发不得当,很可能使培训工作流于形式,最终延误企业发展的良机。本文将着重介绍课程开发的六个基本步骤,以帮助企业创造自主培训体系的良好开端。
With the establishment of China’s market economy system, enterprise management has changed from experience management, system management and scientific management to modern management. The core of enterprise competition also shifted from product competition, market competition and service competition to talent competition. Matsushita, the world’s master of management, also asserted that employee training is expensive but not more expensive. Therefore, all enterprises have carried out independent training system development and management. Enterprise self-training course development work is a complex and detailed system engineering, generally require three major aspects of curriculum design, teaching and training management.
