一、滞颐黎××,男,5岁。1983年6月4日初诊。患儿自幼喜将舌体伸出口外摆弄,口水涌流,嘴角溃烂,经常胸前衣服潮湿,气味发臭。近日因气候渐热,流涎加重,并伴有哭闹不止,烦躁不安等症,服理中丸、补中益气丸、六味地黄汤等药治疗,但效果欠佳。见其营养一般,发育正常,舌尖红,苔黄腻,脉滑数。故辨为脾胃伏热,心火亢盛,脾失健运,不能摄津之滞颐证。治当泻脾清心,化湿透热,健脾摄津。方用泻黄散加减:生石膏20克,栀子10克,防风10克,藿香6克,黄连3克,黄芪10克,益智仁12克,炒白术6克,炙草3克。冷水煎服。如是四剂,口水减少,流涎消退;复进三剂,症状消失,滞颐痊愈.半年后追访未发。
