目的评价攸县在娱乐场所开展100%安全套推广使用项目效果。方法项目实施前后从业人员问卷调查和生物学检测。结果项目实施1年后娱乐场所人员艾滋病防治知识知晓率上升313%,安全套使用升高112%,娱乐场所女性性服务人员性病感染患病率下降了11.37%。结论在娱乐场所开展100%安全套推广使用项目效果明显,需要大范围的推广,同时需要进一步关注小型的休闲场所。
Objective To evaluate the effect of 100% condom promotion in the entertainment industry in You County. Methods Before and after the project implementation questionnaire and biological testing. Results One year after the project was implemented, the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and treatment in entertainment places increased by 313% and the use of condoms increased by 112%. The prevalence of STD infection among female sex workers in entertainment venues decreased by 11.37%. Conclusions The 100% condom promotion and utilization project in entertainment venues is effective and requires a wide range of promotion. At the same time, it needs to pay more attention to small-scale leisure venues.
