对陶瓷磨具生产中产生网状裂纹的A60#磨料(以下简称为1#)和正常的白鸽牌A60#磨料(以下简称为2#)同时进行全面理化分析。用LCP-1型热膨胀仪进行线膨胀测定发现,1#磨料有明显反常膨胀现象,2#磨料热膨胀具有良好线性;即而对两种磨料进行X-射线衍射分析,发现1#磨料中确有TiC、TiN物相存在,进一步研究发现两种非氧钛化物在加热过程中氧化后变成非晶态TiO2,产生较大的体积变化,是造成磨料反常膨胀的主要原因。
The A60 # abrasive (hereinafter referred to as # 1) and the normal white pigeon brand A60 # abrasive (hereinafter referred to as # 2) produced by mesh abrasion in the production of ceramic abrasives are subjected to comprehensive physical and chemical analysis at the same time. The LCP-1 dilatometer was used to measure the linear expansion. It was found that there was an obvious anomalous expansion phenomenon on the 1 # abrasive, and the thermal expansion of the 2 # abrasive had good linearity. Then, the two kinds of abrasive were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. TiC, TiN phase exists. It is further found that the two non-titanyl oxides become amorphous TiO2 after heating, resulting in a large volume change, which is the main reason for the abnormal expansion of the abrasive.
