研究的河南低品位铝土矿的铝硅比为3.81,Al2O3含量为59.67%,铝的赋存状态复杂,铝矿物主要为微晶—隐晶产出的一水硬铝石,与铝硅酸盐矿物之间的嵌布关系复杂,在粗磨条件下矿物难以解离。但此类矿石中具有一定产出形状的一水硬铝石集合体的铝硅比相对较高,一般大于7,为富集合体,符合选冶物料品质要求,能成为选矿回收的对象。据此来确定此类矿石中一水硬铝石的磨矿细度,为放粗矿石的磨矿细度提供基础数据,也为氧化铝的高效低耗富集提供科学依据。
The low-grade bauxite in Henan Province has an Al / Si ratio of 3.81, an Al2O3 content of 59.67%, and a complicated occurrence state of aluminum. The aluminum mineral is mainly diaspore produced from microcrystalline-cryptocrystalline, The embedded relationship between the salt minerals is complex and the minerals are hard to dissociate under coarse grinding conditions. However, this kind of ores with a certain output shape of the diaspore aggregate has a relatively high ratio of aluminum to silicon, generally greater than 7, being rich in aggregates and in line with the quality requirements of the metallurgical and smelting materials, which can be the object of beneficiation recovery. Based on this, the fineness of grinding diaspore in such ores was determined, which provided the basic data for grinding fineness of ore ores, and provided the scientific basis for the high efficiency and lowconcentration enrichment of alumina.
