当今世界,发展海洋经济已纷纷被沿海国家上升到国家战略的高度,我国也已进入实施海洋开发大战略的历史阶段。在我国产业转型升级的结构化调整时期,发展海洋经济,东部沿海面临着重大的发展机遇。
In today’s world, the development of the marine economy has all along been risen to the height of the national strategy by the coastal countries. Our country has also entered the historical stage of implementing the grand marine development strategy. In the period of structural adjustment of industrial restructuring and upgrading in our country, the development of marine economy faces major opportunities for development along the eastern coast.
