为了给小麦抗秆锈病品种的选育提供理论依据,利用与Sr33紧密连锁的SSR引物BARC152对国内外引进的58份抗Ug99的春小麦品种以及黑龙江省主栽小麦品种18份进行SSR检测。结果表明,国内外引进的58份抗Ug99春小麦材料中仅有1份材料含有Sr33,占检测材料的1.7%;黑龙江省18份主栽春小麦品种中有3份材料中含有Sr33,占检测材料的16.7%。表明Sr33在引进的抗Ug99材料和黑龙江省主栽小麦品种中占有的比例均很少,今后要加强Sr33在小麦抗病育种中的应用。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of wheat varieties resistant to stem rust, the SSR primers BARC152 closely linked to Sr33 were used to detect the SSRs of 58 varieties of spring wheat cultivars resistant to Ug99 and 18 cultivars cultivated in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that only one of the 58 anti-Ug99 spring wheat materials introduced at home and abroad contained Sr33, accounting for 1.7% of the tested materials. Three of the 18 main spring wheat cultivars in Heilongjiang Province contained Sr33, accounting for 16.7%. The results showed that the proportion of Sr33 in introduced anti-Ug99 material and Heilongjiang Province main wheat varieties was very small, and the application of Sr33 in wheat disease-resistant breeding should be strengthened in the future.
