客户关系管理应用在我国商业银行的发展中有着举足轻重的作用,是银行与客户之间关系的全新运营模式。目前,关于客户关系管理的应用,我们还处于初始阶段,缺乏理论指导,应用信息技术水平较低、业务流程处理等问题。因此,各商业银行应更加重视对客户关系管理的学习,加快转变经营理念,科学整合和利用好内外部资源,改革现行的银行组织机构和管理体制及业务流程,从而能更有效地提高银行的核心竞争力,才能充分发挥客户关系管理最大的价值。
