大中型水库的水质原型观测对水库水质模型的验证和水体水质保护具有重要意义.选择丰平枯3个不同水期开展了紫坪铺水库水质原型观测,结合水质采样和室内试验分析研究了紫坪铺水库溶解氧(DO)、5 d生化需氧量(BOD5)及总磷(TP)在纵向和垂向的分布规律.在坝前区域,DO、BOD5、TP各水质要素沿水深呈现显著非均匀分布;BOD5、TP沿纵向呈现逐渐降低趋势,受复氧与耗氧的综合作用,DO纵向沿程分布趋势较复杂.研究成果可为进一步进行紫坪铺库区的水质模拟研究提供基础数据,对确保紫坪铺水库供水水质安全具有重要意义.
