News reports depends on the audience. As a foreign journalist, it is necessary to pay special attention to making foreigners understand and understand clearly the changes in China’s social development and people’s life. A recent reading of the message from the Latin American correspondent in Beijing that “Chinese cabbage goes to the capital” (“Reference News”, first edition, November 3, 1995) is a good news for readers everywhere. This 220 words to the news, paragraphs clear, concise text. It can be seen that some of the writing features: First, a strong news sensitivity. In Beijing, it is customary for domestic readers to store Chinese cabbage every winter, but the reporter from Latin American Society did not turn a blind eye to this. He captured the news from the first batch of Chinese cabbages to be sent to Beijing. From a foreigner perspective Here’s news. This is the straightforward fact in the introductory speech: “Beijingers’ table-top dishes - 2.28 billion kg of cabbage” and “the first batch of them is now being launched in more than 3000 farmer’s markets.” Two huge numbers in the lead language are surprising and interesting to Latin American countries. The large population of Beijing dishes consume so much!
