目的本文对《福建省实施〈实验动物管理条例〉的办法》颁布至今所发挥的作用及存在的主要问题作了小结。同时对正在酝酿中的《福建省实验动物管理办法》所涉及的宏观管理内容做了前瞻性分析与研究,以期能为科技行政部门在加强实验动物的宏观管理时提供决策依据。
Purpose This paper summarizes the functions and existing main problems in the promulgation of Measures for the Implementation of Experimental Animal Management Regulations in Fujian Province. At the same time, the prospective analysis and research on the macroscopic management involved in the “Fujian Measures for the Administration of Experimental Animals” are made in the hope of providing a basis for scientific and technological administrative departments in strengthening the macro-management of experimental animals.
