本文简要介绍了国外近20年来关于“加速度对固体火箭发动机性能的影响”的专题研究的进展情况和发展趋势。 文中较系统地介绍了实验设备、方法和研究成果,其中包括含铝、不含铝复合推进剂和双基推进剂在加速度场内燃速增大的试验数据。重点介绍了含铝复合推进剂燃速增大机理的六个阶段。同时,也简要介绍了旋转效应引起的发动机壳体过热和内流场变化等问题。 文中评价了实验设备,分析了实验结果,还涉及工程应用及有待进一步深入研究的问题。笔者最后从大量实验结果中总结出一些结论性的材料,借以说明这一课题研究的进展和趋势。
This article briefly introduced the progress and trend of the special research on “the influence of acceleration on the performance of solid rocket motor” in the past 20 years abroad. The paper systematically introduces the experimental equipment, methods and research results, including experimental data of aluminum-containing, aluminum-free composite propellants and double base propellant in the acceleration field of combustion rate increases. The six stages of the mechanism of increasing combustion rate of aluminum-containing composite propellant are introduced. At the same time, the problems of overheating and internal flow field caused by rotation effect are briefly introduced. The paper evaluates the experimental equipment, analyzes the experimental results, but also involves the application of engineering and the problems to be further studied. Finally, the author summarizes some conclusions from a large number of experimental results in order to illustrate the research progress and trends of this topic.
