通过对纳米材料的筛选、预处理,并与普通固体润滑剂充分研磨、搅拌等一系列工艺措施,开发出纳米材料固体润滑干膜。进行了纳米材料固体润滑干膜的摩擦磨损实验,表明纳米Al2O3可以大幅度提高固体润滑干膜的耐磨性,延长了固体润滑干膜的使用寿命,拓宽了固体润滑材料的应用范围,为纳米材料固体润滑干膜的广泛应用提供了有力依据。
