目的:探讨太极拳、普通锻炼和不锻炼对健康老年妇女平衡功能的影响情况以及比较其程度的不同。方法:70名健康老年妇女分为3组,太极拳组33人,年龄(67.1±7.6)岁练习太极拳在3个月以上;普通锻炼组15人,年龄(69.7±12.8)岁,参加一般的早晨锻炼。太极拳组和普通锻炼组每次锻炼的时间不少于30min每周锻炼时间不少于3次。不锻炼组22例,年龄(79.8±7.3)岁,没有参加规律性的锻炼。采用英国SMSHealthcare生产的平衡测试仪分别检测3组对象在睁眼或闭眼时的平衡功能,包括睁眼、闭眼时的身体重心摆动面积,摆动频率,最大摆动角度,摆动区域,摆动轨迹长,最大摆动速率,重心分布,同时评定3组对象的Romberg征、强化Rombe征和站起-走计时测试,用多元方差分析比较3组之间的差异。结果:平衡测试仪各指标中,太极拳组与普通锻炼组之间闭眼时的摆动频率差异有显著性(P<0.01),太极拳组与不锻炼组之间在摆动频率(闭眼)、最大摆动角度(睁、闭眼)、摆动轨迹长(睁、闭眼)之间的差异有显著性;普通锻炼组与不锻炼组仅在最大摆动角度,不锻炼组睁眼时和睁眼时的摆动轨迹长之间的差异有显著性。Romberg征中,太极拳组与普通锻炼组之间的差异无显著性,太极拳组犤睁眼时(60.0±0.0)s,闭眼时(59.6±1.7)s犦与不锻炼组犤睁眼时(54.8±12.8)s,闭?
