我国的高等职业教育已经走过了30多年,高等职业教育为国家建设和经济发展做出了巨大的贡献,随着社会发展和就业需要,高等职业教育应该由传统的学院式教育模式向就业导向模式转变,培养综合素质的人才,从重视知识教育向技能和培养个人能力为主,使就业导向重于书本知识,职业技能重于毕业证书,因此本文通过对我国高等职业教育现状进行分析,找出由传统的学院式教育模式向就业导向模式转变的方法,为更好的推动我国高等职业教育做出应有的贡献。
Higher vocational education in our country has gone through more than 30 years. Higher vocational education has made tremendous contribution to national construction and economic development. With the development of society and the need of employment, higher vocational education should shift from the traditional college education mode to employment orientation Mode shift and cultivate talents with comprehensive qualities.
