本文采用高效液相色谱法测定复方盐酸伪麻黄碱片中的盐酸伪麻黄碱和对乙酰氨基酚的含量,以 C_(18)化学键合硅胶为固定相,以乙腈—水—甲醉为流动相,盐酸萘甲唑啉为内标,在265nm 波长处测定盐酸伪麻黄碱含量;以水—甲醇—冰醋酸为流动相,苯甲酸为内标,在275nm 波长处测定对乙酰氮基酚含量.结果重现性和回收实验结果良好.本实验准确性好、精密度高.
In this paper, the contents of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and paracetamol hydrochloride in the compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride tablets were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of C18hydrochloric acid as the mobile phase, The content of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was determined at the wavelength of 265 nm by using the oxazoline as the internal standard and the benzoin acid as the internal standard with the mobile phase of water-methanol-glacial acetic acid and the content of acetaminophen at the wavelength of 275 nm.Results The reproducibility and recovery The experimental results are good.The experiment has good accuracy and high precision.
