目的:分析乳腺肿瘤的声像图特征,提高乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断水平。材料和方法:94例乳腺肿瘤均经手术和病理确诊。采用EUB27型和ATL超4型超声显像仪和35MHz的探头,进行水囊间接扫查法检查。结果:22例良性肿瘤和72例恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率分别为50%和861%。与良性肿瘤相比,恶性肿瘤的声像图表现为边界显著不规则(P<0005),内部回声显著不均匀(P<0005),并多无包膜(P<0005),呈浸润性生长,但两者在形态上无显著差异(P<005),都以圆形和椭圆形居多。恶性肿瘤比良性肿瘤更常发生腋窝淋巴结肿大(P<005)。结论:在检查乳腺肿瘤时,要对其声像图特征进行综合分析,其中边界特征是鉴别良恶性肿瘤的关键。检查腋窝有无淋巴结肿大,在鉴别良恶性乳腺肿瘤时有一定参考价值
Objective: To analyze the sonographic characteristics of breast tumors and improve the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Materials and Methods: 94 cases of breast tumors were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Using the EUB27 type and ATL Ultra type 4 ultrasound imaging apparatus and 3 5 MHz probes, indirect waterslide scanning was performed. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rates of 22 benign tumors and 72 malignant tumors were 50% and 86.1%, respectively. Compared with benign tumors, the sonographic appearances of malignant tumors were significantly irregular (P<0005), the internal echo was significantly non-uniform (P<0005), and there were no envelopes (P<0005). Infiltrating growth was observed, but there was no significant difference in morphology between the two (P<005). Both were mostly round and oval. Axillary lymph node enlargement was more common in malignant tumors than in benign tumors (P < 0.05). Conclusion: When examining mammary gland tumors, comprehensive analysis of sonographic features is required. Boundary features are the key to distinguish between benign and malignant tumors. Check the axillary lymph nodes, there is a certain reference value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors
