在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行了20CrMo合金钢的热压缩试验,研究了材料在高温时流变应力的变化规律。变形温度为900、1000、1100和1200℃,应变速度为10、1和0.1s-1,变形量为70%。结果表明:20CrMo合金钢的真应力-真应变曲线在变形温度为900℃、应变速率为10s-1的条件下,出现了应力不连续屈服现象。可采用Arrhenius方程描述20CrMo合金钢的高温热变形行为,材料的变形激活能Q为650kJ/mol。
The hot compression test of 20CrMo alloy steel was carried out on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, and the change law of the rheological stress at high temperature was studied. Deformation temperature of 900, 1000, 1100 and 1200 ℃, the strain rate of 10,1 and 0.1s-1, the deformation of 70%. The results show that the true stress-true strain curve of 20CrMo alloy steel shows discontinuous yielding under the condition of deformation temperature of 900 ℃ and strain rate of 10s-1. The Arrhenius equation can be used to describe the hot deformation behavior of 20CrMo alloy steel. The deformation activation energy Q of the material is 650kJ / mol.
