信息化建设是我国各行业目前转型升级的主要发展方向,在注册会计师行业,事务所做强做大必须借助信息化提高内部管理水平。信息化体现在事务所治理结构、知识共享程度、业务协作能力、人才培养能力、风险控制能力、客户管理水平、绩效考评机制等方面。目前,推进会计师事务所信息化建设存在良好的契机,立信会计师事务所(简称“立信”)信息化建设正在路上,累积了不少经验,同时也存在一定成长空间。
Information construction is the main development direction of the current transformation and upgrading of various industries in China. In the field of certified public accountants, firms must make use of informatization to enhance their internal management level. Information is reflected in the governance structure, knowledge sharing, business collaboration, personnel training ability, risk control ability, customer management level, performance evaluation mechanism and so on. At present, there is a good opportunity for promoting the informatization construction of accounting firms. The information construction of Shulun Pan Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Ericsson”) is on the way to accumulate a great deal of experience, and at the same time, there is room for growth.
