本文对16例(32只)7~8月胎儿的眼球视网膜中央动脉,进行了显微外科解剖研究;并对2例(4只)同月龄胎儿的眼动脉采取 ABS 血管铸型,用以对照。胎儿视网膜中央动脉按其行程,可分为1.眶内部;2.鞘内部;3.视神经内部;4.巩膜筛板和筛板前部。各部分均可发出分支,营养视神经及视神经鞘。胎儿视网膜中央动脉发育良好,出现率为100%,其眶内部的平均管径为0.42 mm。它还发出睫状后支(9.4%)与 Zinn-Haller 环吻合,从而形成视网膜中央动脉和睫状后动脉之间的又一吻合渠道。
In this paper, 16 cases (32) 7-8 months fetus central retinal artery, microscopic anatomical study; and 2 cases (4) of the same age fetus of the fetus with ABS vascular casts for control . Fetal central retinal artery according to its stroke, can be divided into 1. Orbital interior; 2. Sheath internal; 3. Optic nerve; 4. Scleral frit and frit. Each part can issue branches, nutrition optic nerve and optic nerve sheath. The fetal central retinal artery developed well, with an incidence of 100% and an average intraorbital diameter of 0.42 mm. It also posterior ciliary branch (9.4%) coincides with the Zinn-Haller ring, creating another anastomosis between the central retinal artery and the posterior ciliary artery.
