在石油和化工生产装置中,经常会遇到原料、中间产品和成品的分析问题。随着科学技术和工业生产的发展,许多分析器已从实验室向工业化过渡并在实践中取得了一定的经验。过程质谱仪在1978年发展成功。由于工业质谱仪应用了微机,具有快速存取和远距离监视的特点,使某些需要精确、快速地在线分析数据的过程,能顺利地实现安全生产、质量控制和进行高级控制的动态计算,从而进一步为实现过程优化创造了条件。扬子公司乙二醇装置在1984年引进美国SD专利和P-E公司专用过程质谐,对环氧乙烷反应器性能的有关参数进行在线计算和开环监视,达到安全生产、提高产量和稳定产品质量的目的。本文就过程质谱仪的发展应用条件及在扬子乙二醇装置上使用的系统硬件及其构成和软件,作一简略介绍,恳请各位帮助指正。
