目的:建立补正续骨泡腾颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对方中鹿茸进行显微定性鉴别,采用薄层色谱法对方中制何首乌、合欢花、骨碎补进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性液无干扰,显微特征明显,川续断皂苷Ⅵ在3.465~20.79μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%。结论:该方法准确,专属性强,重复性好,可以作为控制补正续骨泡腾颗粒质量的方法。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for correction of continuous effervescent granules. Methods: The microscopic identification of the other side of the Velvet microscopic qualitative identification of the other party by TLC, Polygonum, Acacia, Drynaria qualitative identification, using high performance liquid chromatography to determine the successor Nakagawa Dipsacus Ⅵ content. Results: The TLC spots were clear, the negative solution had no interference and the microscopic features were obvious. The linear relationship was found between 3.465 ~ 20.79μg (r = 0.9999) and the average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used as a method to control the quality of bone effervescent granules.
