提出了一种用于改善片上长互连电流模系统功耗和延时的模拟退火算法。该模拟退火算法初始温度选择采用加快增温的算法;随机搜索策略增加了重升温过程,以激活状态的接收概率。通过模拟退火算法,对电流模互连系统的功耗和时延进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,在10mm长的片上互连线上,整个电流模互连系统的功耗延时积为0.3pJ,是传统模拟退火算法的10.2%,运行时间仅为传统模拟退火算法的46%。
A simulated annealing algorithm for improving power consumption and delay of on-chip long-interconnect current mode system is proposed. The initial temperature of the simulated annealing algorithm uses an algorithm to speed up the warming process. The random search strategy increases the rewarming temperature process to increase the receiving probability of the active state. By simulating annealing algorithm, the power consumption and delay of current mode interconnection system are optimized. Simulation results show that the power delay product of the whole current mode interconnection system is 0.3pJ, which is 10.2% of the traditional simulated annealing algorithm and the running time is only 46% of the traditional simulated annealing algorithm on the 10mm long on-chip interconnection line. .
