目的通过检测前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)和前列腺癌(prostatic cancer,PCa)组织中生存素(Survivin)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducod factor-1α,HIF-1α)的表达情况,分析Survivin和HIF-1α表达与前列腺癌组织Gleason评分、肿瘤转移的关系及二者间的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例PCa和40例BPH组织中Survivin及HIF-1α表达情况,并分析两者与前列腺癌临床病理特征的关系及其两者之间的相关性。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,相关性分析采用Spearman等级相关分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 PCa组织中Survivin及HIF-1α的表达情况分别为81.7%和76.6%,二者与BPH组织相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。PCa组织中Survivin和HIF-1α的表达均与Gleason分级、癌穿透被膜、骨转移及淋巴结转移有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。PCa组织中,Survivin与HIF-1α的阳性表达率呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin和HIF-1α的阳性率越高,PCa的恶性度越高,浸润越深。Survivin和HIF-1α相互作用共同参与PCa的发生、发展。
Objective To detect the expression of Survivin and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostatic cancer (PCa) The relationship between Survivin and HIF-1α expression and Gleason score and tumor metastasis in prostate cancer was analyzed. Methods The expressions of Survivin and HIF-1α in 60 cases of PCa and 40 cases of BPH were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of prostate cancer was analyzed. Counting data were compared using χ2 test, correlation analysis using Spearman rank correlation analysis, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The expressions of Survivin and HIF-1α in PCa tissues were 81.7% and 76.6%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in BPH tissues (all P <0.05). The expression of Survivin and HIF-1α in PCa tissues were all related to Gleason classification, carcinoma penetrating capsule, bone metastasis and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05). In PCa tissues, there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and HIF-1α (P <0.05). Conclusions The higher the positive rate of Survivin and HIF-1α, the higher the malignancy of PCa and the deeper the infiltration. The interaction of Survivin and HIF-1α participate in the occurrence and development of PCa.
