大跨桥梁采用整体顶推法施工,由于顶推重量重,顶推跨径大,结构受力复杂,使得目前中国常用的拖拉式顶推设备难以满足要求,需研发新型顶推设备系统。该文针对九堡大桥3×210m连续组合梁-钢拱拱桥顶推施工,研发出步履式自动化顶推设备系统,该设备系统吸取了以往顶推装置的优点,集顶升、顶推、纠偏调整于一体,采用计算机集中控制,实现了高度自动化、自平衡顶推,首次在国内外实现了3跨梁拱整体顶推。
Due to the heavy weight of jacking, large thrusting span and complicated mechanical structure, the long-span bridge is difficult to meet the requirements of the current push-pull propulsion equipment in China. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new type of thrust jacking equipment system. According to the pushing construction of 3 × 210m continuous composite beam-steel arch bridge of Jiubao Bridge, a walk-in automation push-push equipment system has been developed. This equipment system absorbs the advantages of the conventional push-push device, Adjusted in one, the use of computer centralized control, to achieve a high degree of automation, self-balancing push, for the first time at home and abroad to achieve the overall three-span beam arch thrust.
