高职院校进行实训教学和管理的外在基础在于本校拥有的实训资源,其主要作用在于提供专业学生需要的职业技能教学,以达到推动学生职业技能形成、稳固和进一步发展的最终目的。然而,一些高职院校大肆扩招,学生数量大幅度增加,其实训资源相对紧缺。本文从传统的高职院校必须进行实训室体制改革的角度出发,分析实训室进行管理体制改革的具体方案。学校在资源缺乏阶段,要优化资源配置,加强实训教学中心的建立,实行统一管理。在资源筑基阶段,学校要发挥资源效能,逐步向院系二级管理发展,全面统筹协调。在资源发展阶段,学校要实行资源共享,构建监督协调二合一实训中心,统分互助管理。
The external basis for practical training teaching and management in higher vocational colleges lies in that the main resources of practical training resources owned by the university are to provide vocational skills teaching required by professional students in order to achieve the ultimate goal of promoting the formation, solidification and further development of students’ vocational skills . In the stage of building a resource, schools should give full play to the resource efficiency and gradually develop to the secondary management of the department and make overall plans and coordination. In the stage of resource development, schools should implement resource sharing, build a supervision and coordination combo training center, and help each other to manage each other.
