我院有一台XG-200毫安X线机,自七六年安装以来,工作一直正常。近些日子用以前同样的摄影、冲洗条件,拍同一个部位的片子,片子却是黑的,不能为临床诊断疾患提供准确依据。一张片子结果的好坏,关键在于千伏、毫安、时间三个方面。据拍片人员反映,千伏预示值,管电流值均和以往一样,片子在其他机器上拍摄后冲出来的病灶显示清晰。因此我们考虑黑片原因是曝光时间过长引起的。曝光时间过长可由两方面引起:一、摄影
Our hospital has a XG-200 mA X-ray machine. Since the installation in 1976, the work has been normal. In recent days, with the same previous photography and washing conditions, the film was taken at the same site, but the film was black and could not provide an accurate basis for clinical diagnosis. The key to the success of a film lies in the three aspects of kilovolts, milliamps, and time. According to film crews, the kilo-volt predictive value and the current value of the tube are the same as before, and the lesions rushed out after the film is shot on other machines show clearly. Therefore, the reason why we consider black film is caused by too long exposure time. Excessive exposure time can be caused by two aspects: 1. Photography
