本文介绍了对轴向柱塞泵配油盘进行有限元分析的方法和结果。分析结果表明,配油盘的强度满足设计要求,但配油盘表面变形较大,远远超过配油盘的平面度要求。所得结论,为进一步改进轴向柱塞泵配流副的性能提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces the method and result of the finite element analysis of the axial piston pump with oil pan. The analysis results show that the strength of the oil distribution plate meets the design requirements, but the deformation of the oil distribution plate is larger than the flatness of the oil distribution plate. The conclusions obtained provide a theoretical basis for further improving the performance of axial piston pump distribution flow.
