2004年10月22日,全国老干部先进个人和先进离退休干部党支部表彰大会在京召开,中共中央组织部作出了《关于表彰全国老干部先进个人和先进离退休干部党支部的决定》,我省有12名老干部获“全国老干部先进个人”荣誉称号;有3个离退休干部党支部获“全国先进离退休干部党支部”荣誉称号。老干部在我国革命、建设和改革开放事业中作出了重大贡献、建立了不可磨灭的历史功绩,是党和国家的宝贵财富。他们离开工作岗位以后,继续保持和发扬党的优良传统,忠诚于党和人民的事业,以无私奉献的精神,在各条战线和各个领域积极发挥作用,为党旗增添了新的光彩。现将我省受表彰的先进支部和个人的事迹选载如下,供大家学习参考。
On October 22, 2004, the commendation ceremony of the advanced individual and retired cadres ’party branch of the entire country for veteran cadres was held in Beijing. The organizational department of the CPC Central Committee made the “Decision on the recognition of the advanced individual and advanced retired cadres’ party branch of the veteran cadres in our province.” Twelve veteran cadres won the honorary title of “Advanced Individuals in the National Veteran Cadres”; three of the retired cadres’ party branches won the honorary title of “National Advanced Retired Cadres Party Branch”. The veteran cadres have made great contributions in the cause of our revolution, construction and reform and opening up, established an indelible historic merit and are a valuable asset to the party and the country. After leaving their posts, they have continued to maintain and carry forward the party’s fine tradition and are loyal to the cause of the party and the people. They have played an active role in all fronts and in various fields in a spirit of selfless dedication, adding a new glory to the party’s flag.
