目的探讨Livin及Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测Livin及Caspase-3在45例骨肉瘤及15例骨软骨瘤中的表达,并分析其与各项临床病理指标之间的关系。结果Livin在骨肉瘤组织中阳性表达率为62.2%,而在骨软骨瘤中不表达,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),Livin在骨肉瘤组织中的表达与分化程度、转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01);Caspase-3在骨肉瘤及骨软骨瘤中阳性率分别为48.9%和80%,两者比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);Livin与Caspase-3之间呈负相关。结论Livin的高表达可能与骨肉瘤的发生、发展及转移有关。Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中的表达下降,它与Livin一起参与了骨肉瘤的发病。
Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma and their relationship. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in 45 osteosarcoma and 15 osteochondroma. The relationship between them and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Livin in osteosarcoma was 62.2%, but not in osteochondroma (P <0.01). The expression of Livin in osteosarcoma was related to the degree of differentiation and metastasis (P <0.05, P <0.01). The positive rates of Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma were 48.9% and 80% respectively, which were also significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05) Between the negative correlation. Conclusion The high expression of Livin may be related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of osteosarcoma. Caspase-3 expression in osteosarcoma decreased, it is involved in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma with Livin.
