通过在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对20CrMnTi进行压缩试验,然后将压缩后的试样放在扫描电镜下进行组织观察,进而分析了20CrMnTi在高温塑性变形时变形速率和变形温度对其变形抗力以及微观组织的影响,得到了变形抗力和微观组织随变形速率和变形温度而变化的规律,并且建立了其应力应变模型。为20CrMnTi塑性加工时工艺参数的优化提供了可靠的试验数据参考。
By compressing 20CrMnTi on a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator, the compressed sample was observed under a scanning electron microscope to analyze the deformation resistance and deformation temperature of 20CrMnTi at high temperature and its deformation resistance as well as The influence of microstructure was obtained. The rules of deformation resistance and microstructure changing with the deformation rate and deformation temperature were obtained, and the stress-strain model was established.
