研究了“思必达”等3种梨果专用果实生长调节剂对黄冠梨果实品质的影响。结果表明,于幼果期果柄涂抹3种果实生长调节剂,均能显著促进黄冠梨果实增大,单果质量平均增加32.2%~48.0%,果实硬度显著降低9.0%~14.4%,但3种果实生长调节剂对黄冠梨果实可溶性固形物影响不同,“思必达”处理较对照提高0.31~0.46个百分点,而用易抹灵、富士山处理与对照差异不显著。3种果实生长调节剂处理后果实维生素C、有机酸含量较对照有所降低,果实固酸比有所提高,对果形没有明显影响,果实成熟期提早7~10d,但单果质量超过350g以上的大果果皮花斑病发病率有所增加。综合分析认为,思必达处理效果最好,可作为当地黄冠梨生产上增产、增收的有效措施加以推广应用。
The effects of three kinds of special fruit growth regulators, such as “SIBIDA”, on fruit quality of Huangguang pear were studied. The results showed that application of three kinds of fruit growth regulators in young fruit stalks could significantly increase the fruit of Huangguan pear, the average fruit mass increased 32.2% ~ 48.0%, the fruit hardness decreased significantly by 9.0% ~ 14.4%, but 3 Fruit growth regulators had different effects on soluble solid content of fruit of Huangguan pear. The fruit maturity was earlier than 7 to 10 days, but the fruit quality exceeded 350g The incidence of fruit peel spot disease increased. Comprehensive analysis, think of the best deal with the best, can be used as local Huang Guan pear production increase, increase effective measures to promote the application.
