通过有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D对大型饼类锻件的锻造工艺及锻造过程中微观组织的演变进行了模拟,分析了微观组织演变与可控工艺因素间的变化规律。结果表明,大型饼类锻件热锻过程中内凹球面镦板镦粗较平板镦粗晶粒细化效果好,动态再结晶体积分数高达62.7%;压下率对微观组织的变化影响较大,镦粗完毕晶粒度达到134μm,拔长过程压下率大于15%大型锻件才发生动态再结晶,且晶粒尺寸变化幅度较小、分布均匀。研究宏观工艺参数与微观组织演变的规律对于大型饼类锻件的质量控制有实际指导意义。
The finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forging process of large cake forging and the microstructure evolution during the forging process. The variation of the microstructure evolution and controllable process factors was analyzed. The results show that the effect of upsetting of concave spherical upsetting plate is better than that of flat upsetting grain, and the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization is as high as 62.7% during the hot forging process of large cake forging. The reduction rate has a great influence on the microstructure, Upset grain size reached 134μm, the elongation process of more than 15% reduction rate of large forgings dynamic recrystallization occurs, and the smaller changes in grain size, uniform distribution. The study of macroscopic process parameters and microstructure evolution has practical guiding significance for quality control of large cake forgings.
