我们于1980年7月参加在英国国立农业工程学院举行的国际水土保持学术会议。现将一点会后感想写出来,期对我国水土保持事业的发展能起促进作用。我国黄土高原的水土流失在全世界最为严重。解放后党和人民政府十分重视水土保持工作。我们曾在这一地区进行综合考察、区划规划、定位试验与总结群众经验几方面的科研工作;且已出现相当数量的治理典型,正在起示范推广作用。同时我们又是首次参加国际水土保持学术会议,所以格外受与会代表的注意。当我们提出的论文在大会上
In July 1980, we attended the International Conference on Soil and Water Conservation held at the National Agricultural Engineering College in England. Now I will write down a sense of later, the development of China’s soil and water conservation can play a catalytic role. Soil and water loss in China’s Loess Plateau is the worst in the world. After the liberation, the party and people’s government attached great importance to soil and water conservation. We have carried out scientific research in areas such as comprehensive inspection, zoning planning, location testing and summarizing the experiences of the masses. A considerable number of governance models have emerged and are playing an exemplary role in promoting the project.
