人类Ｙ染色体ＤＮＡ多态性ＤＹＳ３９０位点是研究群体间男性基因流动的有价值的遗传标记之一，可用于追溯人类进化过程的父系祖先及现代法医学上的男性个体特征识别。为了解和把握有关人类Ｙ染色体微卫星位点ＤＹＳ３９０多态性的研究进展，本文对其研究方法、目的和人群分布情况进行了如下综述。
The human Y chromosome DNA polymorphism DYS390 locus is one of the valuable genetic markers for studying male gene flow among populations. It can be used for tracing the paternity ancestors of human evolution and modern forensic male individual feature recognition. In order to understand and grasp the research progress of the human Y chromosome microsatellite locus DYS390 polymorphism, this paper summarizes its research methods, objectives and population distribution.
