随着空气洁净技术在医院手术室环境运用水平的提高,以及国家相关规范的出台,洁净手术室受到了医院及社会各界的高度重视,洁净手术部建设得到了大力推广。然而在我国医院建设的快速发展和洁净手术室逐步普及的同时,由于技术、管理及规范等原因,在医院洁净手术部建设及使用当中,还存在着一些不完善的地方。设计能力不足、职业道德缺失,施工队伍水平不一以及监管和医院使用管理上存在的问题导致洁净手术部在建设及使用当中,还存在着一些不完善的地方。为使医院洁净手术部确实发挥应有的作用,相关部门应该加强技术指导,建设方要主动参与设计,注重监管,重视医院人员培训,加强管理、系统维护和定期监测。做好洁净手术部工作建设和使用工作,使洁净手术部真正体现出现代化医院的标志。
With the improvement of the application of air clean technology in the hospital operating room environment and the promulgation of relevant national norms, the clean operation room has been highly valued by the hospital and the community, and the construction of the clean operation department has been vigorously promoted. However, while the rapid development of hospital construction and the gradual popularization of clean operation rooms in our country, there are still some imperfections in the construction and use of clean operation departments in hospitals due to technical, management and standardization. Insufficient design capacity, lack of professional ethics, varying levels of construction teams, and regulatory and hospital management problems lead to the construction and use of clean surgical departments, there are still some imperfections. In order to make the clean operation of the hospital really play its due role, the relevant departments should strengthen the technical guidance, and the constructors should take the initiative to participate in the design, pay attention to supervision, attach importance to the training of hospital personnel, and strengthen management, system maintenance and regular monitoring. Do a good job of clean operation of the construction and use of work, so that the Department of clean surgery truly reflect the signs of a modern hospital.
