呋喃西林是临床常用的外用消炎药,其0.02%水溶液用于局部抗菌消炎,对多种革兰阳性细菌、阴性细菌引起的耳、鼻、皮肤及厌氧菌引起的感染均有良好的效果。但0.02%呋喃西林溶液一般都装于500ml玻璃瓶中,有体积大、不易携带,易污染等缺点。为克服这一缺点,我们将0.02%呋喃西林溶液制备成0.4%浓呋喃西林混悬液,并对其在贮存过程中不同时间的pH值、含量及抑菌效果进行了对比观察,现报告如下。
Nitrofurazone is a topical anti-inflammatory drug commonly used in clinical practice. Its 0.02% aqueous solution is used for local antibacterial and anti-inflammatory and has good effects on infections caused by many gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria, ear, nose, skin and anaerobic bacteria. However, 0.02% nitrofurazone solution are generally installed in 500ml glass bottles, there are bulky, not easy to carry, easy to pollute and other shortcomings. To overcome this shortcoming, we prepared 0.02% nitrofurazone solution as 0.4% nitrofurantoin suspension, and compared its pH value, content and bacteriostatic effect at different time during storage.
