本文通过我厂四号高炉冶炼生铁的炭比分配和热平衡计算,找出1980年比1979年降低焦比的主要因素;讨论了采取各种措施的效果,分析了今后进一步降低焦比的努力方向。总的观点是以原料为基础,提高入炉品位,降低原料含粉率和入炉硫负荷;在高炉操作上应把重点放在改善煤气利用,其基本手段是保证下部有相当于500米~3~1000米~3高炉的风速,上部要有适当的大料批。
In this paper, through the calculation of carbon ratio and heat balance of smelting pig iron in No.4 blast furnace in our factory, the main factors of reducing coke ratio in 1980 and 1979 are found out. The effects of various measures are discussed, and the direction of efforts to further reduce the coke ratio in future is analyzed . The overall point of view is based on raw materials, improve the furnace grade, reduce the raw material containing powder and furnace load sulfur; blast furnace operation should focus on improving gas utilization, the basic means is to ensure that the lower part of the equivalent of 500 meters ~ 3 ~ 1000 m ~ 3 blast furnace wind speed, the upper part of the appropriate large batch of material.
