通过对目前学术界关于文件生命周期理论与档案馆开展现行文件利用服务工作关系若干观点的分析,以及对文件生命周期理论本身、档案馆开展现行文件利用服务工作实践自身的探析,明确指出:文件生命周期理论和档案馆开展现行文件利用服务工作之间没有内在的关系,文件生命周期理论不能成为肯定或否定档案馆开展现行文件利用服务工作的依据,档案馆开展现行文件利用服务工作也不能成为检验文件生命周期理论正确与否的标准。
Through the analysis of the current academic viewpoints on the relationship between document life cycle and the existing documents on the use of service in the archives and the analysis of the theory of document life cycle itself and the existing documents of the archives to utilize services to practice themselves, it is clearly pointed out: There is no inherent relationship between the theory of life cycle and the use of existing documents in archives to make use of the service. The theory of document life cycle can not become the basis for affirming or deny the existing archives use of the service, and the archives should not become A standard to test whether a document’s life-cycle theory is correct or not.
