鸡冠花种子空间诱变的生物学效应初步研究

羽状鸡冠花(Celosia cristata)航天搭载后,M0代的诱变材料出苗率较对照增加了约20%,株高略有增长、叶片变大、冠幅增加。M1代主要出现了几种变异类型:茎变异、花型变异、花色变异和分支变异等。其中茎变异的植株,茎为扁平状,而对照则为圆柱状;花型变异有中部以上为头状,中部以下为羽状花序、整个花序类似扇圆形等;花色花型变异株,花型类似头状,花色由黄色渐变为浅绿色;花色分支变异株从茎顶端分为2支,花色由黄色渐变为浅绿色;几乎所有变异株都有矮化现象。 After the cocoon of Celosia cristata was carried by space shuttle, the emergence rate of M0 generation mutagen increased by about 20% compared with the control, the plant height increased slightly, the leaf size became larger and the crown width increased. M1 generation mainly appeared several types of variation: stem variation, flower pattern variation, flower color variation and branch variation. Among them, the stems of the plants with stems were flattened while the controls were cylindrical; the variation of flower pattern was head-shaped above the middle part and plume-shaped below the middle part, and the whole inflorescence was similar to a fan-round shape; Type similar to the head, flower color from yellow to light green; color branch mutant from the top of the stem is divided into 2, flower color from yellow to light green; almost all mutant dwarf phenomenon.
